Minimum view rotation angle

    In the current version an apparent minimum view rotation angle makes big assemblies (big as in length) "jumpy" because their points are further from the point of view rotation. Each pixel the mouse moves means a lot of movement for larger objects. Since much is changing It would be nice if it was a finer grain view rotation of large objects.

    This can be seen in the below gif using the sample part attached. The part is 100' x 15' x 400' long. I don't make blocks that big but I do make buildings that big. I can currently spin this part 4.25 full rotations moving my mouse from one side of the screen to the other.
