Dual Dimensions Bug

I have my Dual Dimensions set to be below the main dimension.
However when working on the model or editing a sketch (with the dimensions visible). if the part is flipped over end for end, using the Rotate Tool OR the mouse buttons, the dual dimension rotates with the part and is now displayed above the main dimension, UNTIL either the Rotate Tool is deselected, or the mouse buttons are released, when the dual dimension then snaps to it's correct position, below the main dimension.

Also any dimensions that appear and can be toggled using the Toggle Annotations button (e.g. The depth dimensions of a pocket, produced using the Extrude Cut tool), behave in the same way, except that the dual dimension now REMAINS above the main dimension, when the rotate tool is deselected, or the mouse buttons are released.

This does not happen in Legacy Mode. In this mode the Dual dimension remains fixed below, during the sketch or model rotation.

Anyone else experiencing this before I report it as a potential bug?
