Alibre Paid Maintenance / Support

    The build I am currently on:

    Date: Thursday, April 16, 2020 11:00:00 AM, EST
    Alibre Design™ Expert
    Version: 2019 64-bit [Build 20072]

    The Alibre home page has a place to access this forum under the tab explore, then communities. Was not able to locate a link that would take you to Alibre's website to allow for the submission of a ticket for support. Is this by design? Is this forum a supplement to the paid maintenance? Have you found that to be Alibre's expectation?

    Have gone through all the, "what ifs" with our IT tech team trying to understand why V21 will not install after the download. Would think that a link in the design homepage would be present to submit a ticket. We have support secured until April 2021.

    You can e-mail support@alibre.com or you can submit a support ticket via the support portal (that's from the Help & Learning area of the Alibre web site).

    You may want to update your avatar and get rid of that Geomagic avatar. Geomagic was a nightmare.
